Bomb the Bass is a British electronic music group formed in the late 1980s. It was founded by Tim Simenon, a British musician and producer who has worked with many influential artists, including Björk, David Bowie, and Depeche Mode.

Bomb the Bass's most successful albums include their 1988 debut album Into the Dragon, which featured the hit singles "Beat Dis" and "Megablast". Their 1994 album Clear was also well-received, featuring the singles "Bug Powder Dust" and "Winter in July".

The group has also released a number of successful singles, including "Don't Make Me Wait" and "Say a Little Prayer". Their remixes of songs by artists such as Moby and The Prodigy have also been popular.

An interesting fact about Bomb the Bass is that their name was inspired by a phrase used by bass guitarists to describe their playing style.
