Australian Crawl Vinyl Records

Australian Crawl is an Australian rock band that formed in 1978 in Victoria, Australia. The band consisted of vocalist James Reyne, guitarist Brad Robinson, bassist Paul Williams, keyboardist Simon Binks, and drummer Bill McDonough.

Australian Crawl's breakout album was their 1980 debut, The Boys Light Up, which featured the hit singles "Beautiful People," "Errol," and "Indisposed in the Front Bar." The album peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA charts and was certified triple platinum in Australia.

The band released four more studio albums: Sirocco (1981), Sons of Beaches (1982), Semantics (1983), and Between a Rock and a Hard Place (1984).

The band's most successful single was "Reckless" from Between a Rock and a Hard Place, which peaked at No. 1 on the ARIA charts in 1984 and was certified double platinum. The album was certified quadruple platinum in Australia.

Australian Crawl disbanded in 1986 and reunited in 1998 for a series of live shows.

An interesting fact about Australian Crawl is that their song "The Boys Light Up" was featured in the movie The Castle.
