Au Pairs Vinyl Records

Au Pairs is a British post-punk band formed in 1979 in Birmingham, England. The original lineup consisted of guitarist Paul Fenton, bassist Lesley Woods, drummer Pete Hammond, and vocalist Jane Munro. They were best known for their 1981 debut album Playing with a Different Sex, which included the singles "Come Again" and "It's Obvious".

Their other albums include Sense and Sensuality (1982), Stepping Out of Line (1983), and Live in Berlin (1986). Some of their most popular songs include "Headache for Michelle", "Inconvenience", "We're So Cool", and "Armchair Critics".

An interesting fact about Au Pairs is that they were one of the first all-female bands to achieve success in the post-punk scene, paving the way for other female musicians in the genre.
