AFI Vinyl Records

AFI (A Fire Inside) is a punk rock band formed in 1991 in Ukiah, California. The band's founding members include Davey Havok (vocals), Adam Carson (drums), Hunter Burgan (bass) and Jade Puget (guitar). The band has released nine studio albums and four EPs, and their most successful albums have been Sing the Sorrow (2003), Decemberunderground (2006) and Burials (2013). AFI's music is characterized by punk rock, post-hardcore and alternative rock, and their lyrics often focus on dark and melancholic themes. Notable songs from AFI include "Miss Murder", "Girl's Not Grey", "Silver and Cold", and "The Leaving Song Pt. II". An interesting fact about AFI is that they have won two MTV Music Awards, including one for Best Rock Video for "Miss Murder" in 2006 and one for Best Cinematography for "Love Like Winter" in 2007. They have also been nominated for five Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album for Decemberunderground in 2007.
