Post Bop

Post Bop is a genre of jazz music that emerged in the mid-1950s as a blend of Bebop and cool jazz. It is characterized by a strong, hard-swinging groove, intense improvisation, and a focus on sophisticated harmony. Post Bop was developed in the late 1950s and early 1960s by jazz musicians such as Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Herbie Hancock.
