  • "Bcos U Will Never B Free" is the debut album from singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rex Orange County. Written and recorded in his bedroom at the age of 16, it gained a lot of attention when it was released on his Bandcamp page in September 2015.

    The lo-fi textures and hi-def emotions led to a collaboration with Tyler The Creator, who invited the teenager born Alex O'Connor to Los Angeles.

    The two then wrote two songs for Tyler's album "Flower Boy" there. Rex has since released two studio albums, "Apricot Princess" in 2017 and "Pony" in 2019.
