Tame Impala Vinyl Records

Tame Impala is an Australian psychedelic rock band formed in Perth in 2007. The band is led by multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, who writes, records, produces, and performs almost all of the band's music.

Their debut album, Innerspeaker, was released in 2010 and was praised for its originality and psychedelic sound. It featured the standout singles “Solitude Is Bliss” and “Why Won't You Make Up Your Mind?”. Their follow-up album, Lonerism, was released in 2012 and was even more successful. It featured singles such as “Elephant”, “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards”, and “Mind Mischief”.

In 2015, the band released their third album, Currents. The album was a departure from their signature psychedelic sound, and incorporated elements of funk and disco. It featured the singles “Let It Happen”, “The Less I Know The Better”, and “Cause I'm A Man”.

Their fourth album, The Slow Rush, was released in 2020 and featured the singles “Borderline” and “Lost in Yesterday”.

An interesting fact about Tame Impala is that they are the only band to have won an ARIA Award for Best Rock Album three times, for Innerspeaker (2010), Lonerism (2012) and Currents (2015).
