Pink Floyd Vinyl Records

Pink Floyd is an English rock band formed in London in 1965. Primarily known for their progressive and psychedelic rock sound, they are one of the most commercially successful and influential rock bands of all time. The band originally consisted of Syd Barrett, Nick Mason, Roger Waters, Richard Wright and Bob Klose.

Their first album, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, was released in 1967 and featured the classic single "Interstellar Overdrive". Their next album, A Saucerful of Secrets, further established the band's reputation as innovators in psychedelic and progressive rock. The band then experienced a period of great success, releasing a series of critically acclaimed albums, including Meddle, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here and Animals.

The band's most popular and influential album, The Dark Side of the Moon, was released in 1973 and spawned such timeless classics as "Money", "Us and Them" and "Time". The album spent an unprecedented 741 weeks on the Billboard 200 and sold over 45 million copies worldwide. Other notable albums include Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall.

In addition to their studio albums, Pink Floyd also released a number of live albums, including Ummagumma and Pulse. The band has also released a number of singles, including "Another Brick in the Wall Part 2", "Young Lust" and "Comfortably Numb".

An interesting fact about Pink Floyd is that in 1975, the band released a compilation album entitled Relics, which included some of their earliest recordings from 1965-1967.
