John Coltrane Vinyl Records

John Coltrane was an American jazz saxophonist, composer and bandleader. He was born in Hamlet, North Carolina in 1926 and died in 1967 at the age of 40. He is considered one of the most influential jazz musicians of all time.

Coltrane's first album, released in 1955, was Blue Train, which is considered one of his most important albums. His most famous albums are A Love Supreme (1965) and My Favorite Things (1961). His most popular songs include "Giant Steps," "My Favorite Things," "Blue Train," "Naima," and "Greensleeves."

Coltrane was known for his improvisational style and for pushing the boundaries of jazz. He was an innovator and experimented with different musical styles throughout his career. An interesting fact about Coltrane is that he was a student of the African-American spirituals and their influence can be heard in many of his songs.
