Boston is an American rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 1976. The band's most well-known lineup consists of Tom Scholz (guitar, keyboards, bass, vocals), Brad Delp (vocals, guitar), Fran Sheehan (bass), Barry Goudreau (guitar) and Sib Hashian (drums). The band achieved commercial success with their self-titled debut album in 1976, which featured the hit single "More Than a Feeling" and is one of the best-selling debut albums in U.S. history.

The band's subsequent albums, Don't Look Back (1978), Third Stage (1986) and Walk On (1994), were also successful and produced several hits, including "Peace of Mind," "Amanda," and "The Launch." The band has sold more than 31 million albums worldwide and has been honored with several awards, including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.

Boston's standout albums include their debut self-titled album, which spawned several classic rock radio staples, as well as Don't Look Back and Third Stage, which further cemented their place in rock history.
