    Goodbye is Cream’s final studio statement and a compact farewell from one of rock’s most influential power trios. Issued in 1969, the album blends blues rock, hard rock and psychedelia into a brief set that includes the standout single Badge, co-written with George Harrison, alongside the band’s muscular reworking of I’m So Glad. Arriving as Cream were nearing their split, it captures Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker at the point where virtuosity, heaviness and improvisation had already helped define the late-1960s rock landscape. Its concise scale and high-impact songwriting make it a significant closing chapter in the band’s catalogue.
