Tom Petty Vinyl Records
Tom Petty was an American musician and singer-songwriter. He was born in Gainesville, Florida, and rose to fame in the 1970s with his band, the Heartbreakers. He was known for a classic rock sound and his hit singles, such as "American Girl," "Breakdown," "Free Fallin'," and "Mary Jane's Last Dance." He also released several solo albums, including Full Moon Fever (1989) and Wildflowers (1994).
Petty and the Heartbreakers' most popular albums include Damn the Torpedoes (1979), Hard Promises (1981), Southern Accents (1985), and Into the Great Wide Open (1991). They also released two live albums, Pack Up the Plantation: Live! (1985) and The Live Anthology (2009).
An interesting fact about Tom Petty is that he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. He was also included in the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2003.
