The Damned Vinyl Records

The Damned are an English punk rock band formed in London in 1976. They are considered one of the first punk bands, and their 1976 debut album, Damned Damned Damned, is seen as a classic. Their unique mix of punk, gothic rock and psychedelia set them apart from other bands of the era.

The Damned's most successful albums include Machine Gun Etiquette (1979), Phantasmagoria (1985), and Strawberries (1982). Standout songs include “New Rose”, “Neat Neat Neat”, “Smash It Up”, “Love Song”, and “Alone Again Or”.

An interesting fact about The Damned is that they were the first punk band to release a single, “New Rose”, in 1976. They also released the first full-length punk album, Damned Damned Damned, that same year.
