Technotronic Vinyl Records

Technotronic is a Belgian electronic music group that was formed in 1988. The original lineup was comprised of producer/composer Jo Bogaert (aka Thomas De Quincey), rapper MC Eric (aka Eric Martin), and vocalist Ya Kid K (aka Manuela Kamosi Kamounda). They are best known for their hit single "Pump Up the Jam", which peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100 in 1989.

Their most popular albums include their debut album Pump Up the Jam: The Album (1989) and their second album Body to Body (1991). Standout songs from Pump Up the Jam: The Album include "Pump Up the Jam," "Get Up (Before the Night Is Over)" and "This Beat Is Technotronic." Standout songs from Body to Body include "Rockin' Over the Beat," "Move This" and "Work."

An interesting fact about Technotronic is that their 1989 single "Pump Up the Jam" was the first ever Belgian song to reach the Top 10 of the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
