St. Vincent Vinyl Records

St. Vincent is an American rock band formed in Dallas, Texas in 2002. The band's lineup consists of Annie Clark (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Toko Yasuda (bass, backing vocals), Daniel Mintseris (keyboards, backing vocals), and Matt Johnson (drums). The band has released seven studio albums to date, with their most recent being Daddy's Home in 2021.

St. Vincent's first two albums, Marry Me (2007) and Actor (2009), were critically acclaimed and established the band's signature indie-rock sound. The albums featured singles such as "Now, Now" and "Marrow", which both received positive reviews. The band's next two albums, Strange Mercy (2011) and St. Vincent (2014), received widespread critical acclaim and are often considered their best work. Standout tracks from these albums include "Cruel" and "Digital Witness", respectively.

St. Vincent's fifth studio album, Masseduction (2017), was a critical and commercial success. It featured singles such as "New York" and "Los Ageless" and earned Clark five Grammy Award nominations, including for Album of the Year. St. Vincent's sixth album, Daddy's Home, was released in 2021 and featured the single "Pay Your Way in Pain".

An interesting fact about St. Vincent is that their name is a reference to the hospital in which Clark's father was treated for alcoholism.
