Ryuichi Sakamoto is a Japanese composer, musician, and producer. He is best known for his work in the film and music industries, having composed the scores for films such as The Last Emperor, The Revenant, and The Sheltering Sky, as well as producing albums for artists such as YMO and Yellow Magic Orchestra. His most successful albums include B-2 Unit, Thousand Knives, and Yellow Magic Orchestra.
