Romeo Void Vinyl Records

Romeo Void was an American post-punk and new wave band formed in San Francisco in 1979. The band's core lineup consisted of vocalist Debora Iyall, saxophonist Benjamin Bossi, guitarist Peter Woods, bassist Frank Zincavage and drummer Aaron Smith.

The band's debut album, It's a Condition, was released in 1981 and featured their best-known song, "Never Say Never," which was a Top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Their follow-up album, Benefactor, was released in 1982 and featured the singles "A Girl in Trouble (Is a Temporary Thing)" and "White Sweater."

Romeo Void's third and final album, Instincts, was released in 1984 and featured the singles "Dance With Me" and "Girl With a Problem."

An interesting fact about Romeo Void is that they are credited with helping to establish the San Francisco music scene in the early 1980s, alongside acts like The Tubes, The Dead Kennedys, and Flipper.
