Pearls Before Swine Vinyl Records

Pearls Before Swine was an American psychedelic folk rock band formed in 1965 by Tom Rapp. The group released six studio albums between 1967 and 1971, with their most successful being 1968's The Garden of Earthly Delights. The group was known for their eclectic mix of folk, jazz, and classical influences.

Their standout albums include Balaklava (1968), These Things Too (1969), and The Use of Ashes (1970). Balaklava is considered their masterpiece and features the single "Morning Dew", which is one of their most popular songs. Other notable songs include "Images of April", "Playmate", "Sail Away", and "The Surrealist Waltz".

An interesting fact about Pearls Before Swine is that, despite their critical acclaim, the band was never able to achieve commercial success. They disbanded in 1971, but their influence has lived on in the music of many modern folk and psychedelic rock bands.
