Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York, and drummer Zac Farro. Paramore's debut album, All We Know Is Falling, was released in 2005, when the band members were still in their teens. The album went gold in the United States, and was certified Platinum in the UK. The band's second album, Riot!, was released in 2007, and was certified double Platinum in the United States. The album produced the hit singles "Misery Business" and "Crushcrushcrush," both of which charted in the top twenty on the Billboard Hot 100. The band's third album, Brand New Eyes, was released in 2009, and reached number two on the US Billboard 200 chart, and was certified Platinum in the United States.

Paramore's fourth album, self-titled Paramore, was released in 2013 and debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. The album featured the hit single "Still Into You," which reached number fourteen on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The band's fifth and most recent album, After Laughter, was released in 2017 and featured the singles "Hard Times," "Told You So," and "Fake Happy."

Paramore is best known for their hit singles "Misery Business," "Crushcrushcrush," "Still Into You," and "Hard Times." An interesting fact about Paramore is that they have won a Grammy Award, in the category of Best Rock Song, for the single "Ain't It Fun," from their self-titled album.
