P.Funk
P.Funk, or P-Funk, is a style of music created by George Clinton and his collective of artists known as Parliament-Funkadelic. It is an amalgamation of funk, soul, rock, and psychedelic music. It was created in the 1970s and gained popularity in the 1980s. It is characterized by its heavy use of synthesizers, electronic sounds, and its emphasis on danceable rhythms. P-Funk is often associated with the "Afrofuturism" movement, which combines elements of science fiction and fantasy with African American culture.
