Osibisa Vinyl Records

Osibisa is a British-Ghanaian band formed in London in 1969 by four expatriate African and three Caribbean musicians. Their music is a fusion of Afrobeat, calypso, rock, funk, jazz, Latin, and highlife.

Osibisa's first album, self-titled Osibisa, was released in 1971 and included the hit single "Music for Gong Gong." Their second album, Woyaya (1971), featured the hit song "Woyaya," which is one of their most recognizable songs. Other standout albums include Heads (1972), Happy Children (1973), Superfly T.N.T. (1975) and Welcome Home (1976).

Some of their most popular songs include "Sunshine Day," "Dance the Body Music," "Dance the Body Music," and "Coffee Song."

An interesting fact about Osibisa is that they were one of the first African bands to gain international recognition, and their music has been used in many films and television shows.
