Normie Rowe (born Norman John Rowe, 1947) is an Australian singer who was one of the most popular performers of the 1960s. He had seven Top 10 hits in Australia during the 1960s, including his 1965 number one hit, "Que Sera Sera". His most successful albums were 1965's It Ain't Necessarily So and 1966's Normie Rowe and the Playboys.

Rowe's most popular songs included "Shakin' All Over", "It Ain't Necessarily So", "Oh Yeah Uh Huh", "Till We Two Are One", "Gimme Some Lovin'", "Tell Him I'm Not Home", and "Que Sera Sera".

In addition to his singing career, Rowe served in the Vietnam War in 1968. After the war, he returned to Australia and continued his singing career.

An interesting fact about Normie Rowe is that he was the first Australian artist to have a hit in the United Kingdom with "It Ain't Necessarily So".
