Lou Donaldson Vinyl Records

Lou Donaldson is an American jazz alto saxophonist, composer and bandleader born in Badin, North Carolina in 1926. He began playing the saxophone at age 13 and soon joined the Army band. After the military, he moved to New York and was soon signed to the Blue Note record label.

Donaldson's most famous albums include Alligator Boogaloo, Say It Loud!, and Midnight Creeper. His most well-known songs include "The Humpback", "Pot Belly", and "Blues Walk".

An interesting fact about Lou Donaldson is that he is one of the few jazz musicians to remain popular throughout his career. He has released over 50 albums, some of which have been certified gold, and continues to perform at festivals around the world.
