Judy Collins

Judy Collins is an American folk and pop singer-songwriter who has been active in the music industry since the early 1960s. She is best known for her covers of traditional folk songs, as well as her own compositions. Her biggest hit, a version of the Joni Mitchell song "Both Sides Now," reached the Top 10 of the U.S. singles chart in 1968.

Collins has released more than 30 albums over the course of her career, including her 1967 debut album "In My Life," which featured the hit single "Both Sides Now." Other notable albums include "Wildflowers" (1969), "True Stories and Other Dreams" (1973), and "Running for My Life" (1995).

Collins has also released a number of singles, such as "Someday Soon," "Sugar Babe," "Send in the Clowns," and "Amazing Grace."

An interesting fact about Judy Collins is that she was the first artist to record Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne," which became a Top 20 hit in 1968.
