Joe Walsh is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. He is best known as a former member of the Eagles, one of the most successful rock bands of all time, and as a solo artist. He is also a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Walsh's solo career began in 1973 with the release of his debut album, The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get. The album featured the hit single "Rocky Mountain Way," which remains one of his most popular songs. He has since released several more albums, including But Seriously, Folks… (1978), There Goes the Neighborhood (1981), and Analog Man (2012).

Walsh has had several other notable collaborations, including the James Gang and Barnstorm. He has also released several live albums and compilations. Some of his other notable songs include "Life's Been Good," "Funk #49," and "All Night Long."

An interesting fact about Joe Walsh is that he is the only non-founding member of the Eagles to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
