Jazz-Funk
Jazz-Funk is a style of jazz music that developed in the 1970s and 1980s. It combines elements of jazz and funk and often features a syncopated drum beat, electric bass, and keyboard or guitar riffs. Jazz-Funk is characterized by its heavy, syncopated rhythms, jazz-influenced improvisation, and soulful vocals. Jazz-Funk also incorporates elements of funk, soul, and R&B music. Jazz-Funk emerged out of a combination of traditional jazz styles, funk music, and R&B music. It was popularized by artists such as Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Chick Corea, and Weather Report.
