DJ Shadow Vinyl Records

DJ Shadow (born Josh Davis) is an American music producer and DJ. He is widely credited as a key figure in developing the experimental instrumental hip-hop style associated with the London-based Mo' Wax label. His first full-length work, Endtroducing....., was released in 1996 to critical acclaim and has since been hailed as a landmark work in trip-hop and instrumental hip-hop music.

Shadow's most popular albums include Endtroducing..... (1996), The Private Press (2002), The Outsider (2006) and The Less You Know, The Better (2011). His most well-known songs include "Stem/Long Stem" (1996), "Midnight in a Perfect World" (1996), "Six Days" (2002) and "Scale It Back" (2011).

An interesting fact about DJ Shadow is that he was the first artist to release a single entirely composed of sampled material. The single, "In/Flux" (1993), was released on Mo' Wax Records and was made up of samples from various obscure records.
