Blur Vinyl Records
Blur is an English rock band that formed in London in 1988. The band consists of Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree. Blur rose to fame in the early 1990s as part of the Britpop movement, and achieved mass popularity in the UK with their 1994 album Parklife.
The band has released eight studio albums throughout their career, with their most successful being Parklife, Blur (1997), and 13 (1999). Parklife is widely considered to be their masterpiece, spawning the hit singles "Girls & Boys" and "Parklife". Other standout albums include The Great Escape (1995) and Think Tank (2003).
Blur has also had a number of memorable singles over the years, such as "Country House", "Song 2", "Coffee & TV", and "The Universal". They have won a number of awards, including two Brit Awards, five NME Awards, and a Q Award.
An interesting fact about Blur is that they have released several songs in foreign languages, such as Spanish and French. They are also known for their experimentation with different genres, such as electronica and jazz.
