Blue Öyster Cult Vinyl Records

Blue Öyster Cult is an American rock band formed in Stony Brook, New York in 1967. Initially known as Soft White Underbelly, the band changed their name to Blue Öyster Cult in 1971 and went on to become one of the most iconic hard rock and heavy metal bands of the 1970s. The band has had a series of successful albums including 1972's self-titled debut, 1974's Secret Treaties, 1975's Agents of Fortune, and 1981's Fire of Unknown Origin. The band has also had a number of classic songs including "Don't Fear the Reaper," "Burnin' for You," and "Godzilla."

An interesting fact about Blue Öyster Cult is that their classic song "Don't Fear the Reaper" was used as the theme for the classic horror movie, The Crow.
