Berlin is a new wave and synth-pop band that formed in Los Angeles in 1978. They are most well-known for their hit single "Take My Breath Away" from the 1986 film Top Gun.

Berlin's albums include their 1982 self-titled debut album, 1982's Pleasure Victim, 1984's Love Life, 1985's Count Three & Pray, and 1986's Like Flames. Other standout songs include "The Metro," "No More Words," and "Masquerade."

An interesting fact about Berlin is that they have had five different lead singers, each bringing their own style and flavor to the band's music. The most well-known lead singer is Terri Nunn, who joined the band in 1979 and is still the lead singer today.
