Berlin-School
Berlin-School is a style of electronic music that originated in the 1970s and 80s in West Berlin. This style of music is characterized by its heavy use of sequencers, analog synthesizers, and repetitive rhythms. It is often associated with the "Krautrock" scene of the era and is considered to be the precursor to modern electronic music genres such as techno, ambient, and trance. The style was pioneered by musicians such as Klaus Schulze and Manuel Göttsching. Today, the Berlin-School style is still popular and can be heard in many electronic music productions.
