Aztec Camera was a British indie rock band formed in 1980 by lead singer and songwriter Roddy Frame. The band released their debut album High Land, Hard Rain in 1983 to critical acclaim. It featured the singles “Oblivious”, “Walk Out To Winter”, and “Pillar To Post”, which all charted in the UK Singles Chart. The album was certified gold in the UK.

Their next album, Love (1985), was also a commercial success and was certified silver in the UK. It included the singles “Somewhere In My Heart” and “Good Morning Britain”, which both peaked in the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart.

Their third album, Stray (1987), was their highest-charting album in the UK, peaking at No. 6 on the UK Albums Chart. It included the singles “Deep And Wide And Tall” and “How Men Are”, which both charted in the UK Singles Chart.

Their fourth album, Dreamland (1993), was their last album of new material released before their disbandment in 1995. It featured the singles “Goodbye” and “How It Is”, which both charted in the UK Singles Chart.
