Magma Vinyl Records

Magma is a French progressive rock band that was founded in 1969 by drummer Christian Vander. The band's sound is heavily influenced by jazz and classical music and is often described as a blend of progressive rock, opera, and avant-garde. Magma's lyrics are in the constructed language of Kobaïan, which was created by Vander.

The band has released more than 20 albums since their formation, including the classic albums Mekanïk Destruktïw Kommandöh (1973), Üdü Ẁüdü (1976) and Köhntarkösz (1974). Their standout songs include "Kobaïa Is A Mïssïon", "Ëmëhntëhtt-Ré" and "Hortz Fur Dehn Stekëhn West".

An interesting fact about Magma is that they were one of the first bands to be signed to the French record label, Seventh Records, which was founded by their vocalist, Christian Vander.
