Bob Welch

Bob Welch (1945-2012) was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. He was a former member of Fleetwood Mac, where he wrote and sang some of the band's most popular songs, including "Sentimental Lady" and "Hypnotized". After leaving the band, he released a series of solo albums, including French Kiss (1977) and Three Hearts (1979). His solo hits included "Ebony Eyes" (1977) and "Precious Love" (1979).

Welch's standout albums include French Kiss and Three Hearts, both of which spawned hit singles. Other notable albums include Man Overboard (1980) and The Other One (1983).

Some of Welch's best-known songs include "Sentimental Lady" (1972), "Ebony Eyes" (1977), "Precious Love" (1979), "Church" (1980), and "The Other One" (1983).

An interesting fact about Bob Welch is that he was the first American to be signed to the British label Blue Horizon, which was run by Fleetwood Mac manager Clifford Davis.
