Daniel Johnston – Love Lives Forever (BBC Sessions 2003-2011) (2xLP)

The rest is history and inspiration for musicians and fans of the 1980s alternative scene in the USA. The BBC radio sessions are now in their second edition after 2023, authorized by Daniel's family, management and his charity. The sessions span a period of eight years, including two sessions for Rob Da Bank and three with Marc Riley (both executive producers of this album).

Some bootleg recordings of these sessions have been available over the years, but have now been lovingly mastered and edited by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios in London. Daniel has been a lifelong Beatles fan and the overwhelming majority of his acquaintances agreed that he would be proud and thrilled if his music was mastered at the legendary Studio 2 at Abbey Road. The aim of this project is to honor Daniel's musical legacy. The proceeds will go to his "Hi, How Are You" project in Austin.
