  • Almost exactly two years after their fourth studio album "Angles", The Strokes are releasing a new album: the long player entitled "Comedown Machine" contains "One Way Trigger", which was offered as a free download on the band's website a few days ago, also the first official single "All The Time".

    The band line-up still consists of Julian Casablancas (vocals), Nick Valensi (guitar), Albert Hammond, Jr. (guitar), Nikolai Fraiture (bass) and Fabrizio Moretti (drums). In the past twelve years the Strokes Band released four albums, "Is This It" (2001), "Room on Fire" (2003), "First Impressions of Earth" (2006) and "Angles" (2011), which are worldwide sold more than five million times. They have headlined major festivals in the US and UK, including the Isle of Wight Festival, Lollapalooza, Hurricane Festival, Splendor In The Grass, Rockness, Outside Lands and Austin City Limits - and performed at sold-out Madison Square Garden.
