All That Is Over is the second album by Dublin band Sprints, released in September 2025 on City Slang and Sub Pop. It builds on the intensity of their debut Letter to Self while expanding their sound with sharper hooks, broader textures and more deliberate dynamics. Songs such as Descartes and Need still carry raw urgency, but the record also makes room for atmosphere and melody, showing the band’s commitment to growth without losing their edge.
Lyrically, Karla Chubb digs into themes of ego, disillusionment, vanity and the search for connection. The result is a collection that thrives on contrast, balancing fury and vulnerability, with moments of cathartic release alongside passages of restraint. It’s a record that feels both immediate and restless, keeping the listener engaged through shifts in tone and energy.
