  • Reissue celebrating the 15th anniversary of Grizzly Bear's first Warp album. Yellow House is the first album to feature Ed Droste, Daniel Rossen, Chris Taylor and Chris Bear together, and was recorded in 2005 at Ed's mother's house in Cape Cod, the album's namesake.

    On Yellow House, the Brooklyn band demonstrates a self-taught and idiosyncratic way of creating psychedelic music with a laser-sharp focus and serious songwriting Songwriting that was markedly different from that of their peers (Animal Collective, The Microphones, Arcade Fire, etc.).

    Yellow House is a ground zero album that shaped all of alternative rock music - 15 years later, its profound mystery is still uniquely affecting.
