Released in 1976, the album built on the band’s reputation for outrageous stagecraft and sharp social commentary, fusing glam swagger with prog rock’s ambition and a hard-edged West Coast sensibility. Songs such as "Proud To Be An American" and "Don't Touch Me There" show their taste for provocation, humour and character sketches, while the album’s elastic arrangements keep the music restless and unpredictable. It stands as one of the most distinctive early examples of American art-rock with a sense of mischief.

Artist: The Tubes

Label: A&M Records – L 35892

Format: LP, Album

Units: 1

Country: Australia

Released: 1976

Genre:
          Pop & Rock

Style:

            Glam,

            New Wave,

            Prog Rock

A1 Tubes World Tour
A2 Brighter Day
A3 Pimp
A4 Stand Up And Shout
A5 Don'T Touch Me There
B1 Slipped My Disco
B2 Proud To Be An American
B3 Poland Whole / Madam I'M Adam
B4 Young And Rich

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1474/5258/files/NS04Nzg2LmpwZWc_b604d482-d9db-441f-8039-f41bb483a6eb.jpg?v=1787208844
