Fronted by Jimmy Castor, the record moves between playful humour and hard-edged rhythm, with Bertha Butt Boogie becoming the standout cut and one of the era’s memorable funk novelties. Built on bass-heavy riffs, brass punches and call-and-response vocals, the album reflects the radio-friendly side of 1970s funk while keeping a raw club feel. It remains a notable part of Castor’s catalogue and a snapshot of funk’s broader reach into mainstream soul audiences.

Artist: The Jimmy Castor Bunch, The Everything Man

Label:  Atlantic – SD 18124

Format:  LP, Album

Units:  1

Country:  Australia

Released:   1974

Style:

            Funk

A1 E-Man Boogie
A2 Bertha Butt Boogie
A3 One Precious Word
A4 Hallucinations
B1 Potential
B2 You Make Me Feel Brand New
B3 Daniel
B4 Let'S Party Now

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1474/5258/files/MC0zNjI0LmpwZWc_675206c6-9ce5-468b-9d83-49cf8e31548b.jpg?v=1791514510
https://www.dutchvinyl.com.au/products/the-jimmy-castor-bunch-the-everything-man-butt-of-course-388464
