Released in 1984, it mixes fake documentary comedy with fully realised rock pastiche, sending up everything from pompous power ballads to ridiculous stagecraft. Songs such as “Big Bottom”, “Stonehenge” and “Gimme Some Money” became enduring fan favourites because they are funny and musically sharp at the same time. As a soundtrack, it captures the film’s joke while standing alone as a deftly written comic rock album.

Artist: Spinal Tap

Label: Polydor – 817846-1

Format: LP, Album, Stereo

Units: 1

Country: New Zealand

Released: 1984

Genre:
          Metal

Style:

            Arena Rock,

            Classic Rock,

            Comedy,

            Parody,

            Soundtrack

A1 Hell Hole
A2 Tonight I'M Gonna Rock You Tonight
A3 Heavy Duty
A4 Rock And Roll Creation
A5 America
A6 Cups And Cakes
B1 Big Bottom
B2 Sex Farm
B3 Stonehenge
B4 Gimme Some Money
B5 (Listen To The) Flower People

https://www.dutchvinyl.com.au/products/spinal-tap-from-the-original-motion-picture-soundtrack-this-is-spinal-tap-393035
