Lynyrd Skynyrd – Nuthin' Fancy (180g)

Lynyrd Skynyrd called the follow-up to their successful album Second Helping Nuthin' Fancy - and were grossly understating the case. The band worked with Al Kooper again, delivered even more good southern rock, landed in the top 10 of the album charts and was awarded gold in the year of release.

Ronnie Van Zant's contributed song material is not exceptional, but Lynyrd Skynyrd are and remain a great band and turn it into an outstanding album. Nuthin' Fancy is just as convincing as its two predecessors.
