Issued in 1974, it blends rock, blues and pop with a strong personal voice, moving between soulful guitars, reflective songwriting and bursts of cosmic imagery. Coming after his work in one of Australia’s most celebrated bands, the album showed Keays stepping out on his own while keeping the directness and energy that made him a standout singer. Its title track and songs such as Take It On Easy and Space Brothers underline a record that is adventurous without losing its melodic core.

Artist: Jim Keays

Label: EMI – EMA. 308

Format: LP, Album

Units: 1

Country: Australia

Released: 1974

Genre:
          Pop & Rock

Style:

            Blues Rock

A1 The Boy From The Stars
A2 Take It On Easy
A3 Nothing Much Left
A4 Space Brothers
B1 Alchemical Takeover
B2 Urantia
B3 Kid'S Blues
B4 The Right Way To Go
B5 Reason To Be Living
