The international metal superstars DragonForce release their brand new studio album "Reaching Into Infinity" three years after their top 20 chart success "Maximum Overload"
For the seventh studio album, DragonForce open their sound more than ever before. Not only do they confirm their reputation as the fastest metal band in the world, but they also succeed in expressing vitality and depth in their melodies and still make it really pop
"I think we have proven that speed is something we are good at and this time we wanted to bring even more variety to our music, "says Frédéric Leclercq, the bassist of the band who wrote most of the songs. "It's better to challenge ourselves than to stay in our comfort zone, and I really wanted to experiment with Marc's voice."
The album is the first to feature Italian drummer Gee Anzalone, who delivers an impressive performance. A sound that still features the incredibly fast solos of guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman, well known for DragonForce
