Tea For The Tillerman – Cat Stevens

Sold out
Condition: Brand New

In November 1970 the second Cat Stevens album for Island Records, Tea for the Tillerman, was released and became an international bestseller with the hit single Wild World. This was not typical for a thoughtful album with a sparse line-up and a musician who realises that the modern world has no answers for him. So in this album much revolves around the search for meaning in the life of a young man and religion is - in contrast to the later development of Cat Stevens - only a partial aspect of this search.
