Released in 1979, the album helped position the Australian singer as a larger-than-life rock frontman, built around driving guitars, layered vocals and a futuristic concept that gave the title track its enduring pull. Rather than a simple return to form, it shows Thorpe embracing the era’s bigger production values and melodic hooks while keeping the music muscular and immediate. Its mix of spectacle and directness made it one of his best-known albums and a strong example of classic rock ambition in late-1970s form.

Artist: Billy Thorpe

Label: Capricorn Records – CPN-0221

Format: LP, Album

Units: 1

Country: Australia & New Zealand

Released: 1979

Genre:
          Pop & Rock

Style:

            Classic Rock

A1 Wrapped In The Chains
A2 Dream Maker
A3 Simple Life
A4 Goddess Of The Night
B1 Children Of The Sun
B2 We'Re Leaving
B3 We Welcome You
B4 Solar Anthem
B5 Beginning
