Lenny Kravitz

Lenny Kravitz is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and actor. Born in New York City in 1964, Kravitz is the son of actress Roxie Roker and NBC television producer Sy Kravitz. He began his music career in the late 1980s and released his debut album, Let Love Rule, in 1989. The album featured the popular singles "Let Love Rule" and "It Ain't Over 'til It's Over", and it received both critical acclaim and commercial success.

Kravitz's follow-up albums, Mama Said (1991), Are You Gonna Go My Way (1993), and Circus (1995), all achieved success and further cemented his reputation as a major recording artist. His fifth album, 5 (1998), featured the hit singles "Fly Away" and "I Belong to You". Kravitz's later albums, including Lenny (2001), Baptism (2004), It Is Time for a Love Revolution (2008), Black and White America (2011), and Strut (2014), have all charted in the top ten of the Billboard 200 chart.

Kravitz's standout albums include Let Love Rule, Are You Gonna Go My Way, and 5. His most popular songs include "Fly Away", "It Ain't Over 'til It's Over", "Are You Gonna Go My Way", and "American Woman". An interesting fact about Lenny Kravitz is that he has won four Grammy Awards, including one for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance for the single "Fly Away".
